In this brief document, we present some solutions to reduce waste in recylcling centres : concrete cases in France or abroad, methodological adaptations, some less common reflexions…
The key elements of this guide are :

• networking with the other actors ;
• access to information related to the least environmentally impacting waste management practices ;
• sharing paper and digital resources under free licences (software and database) ;
• transparency on the local openings ;
• participatory and acstive democracy.

These five aspects help provide a necessary pool, because waste is « a negative ordinary”.

But above all, this is a rough draft which could be developed with the contribution of the actors of the waste reduction, whom we have reached.
